The teams will play first in Ghana on October 31st and the return leg in Nigeria will be played three weeks later.
The flamingoes of Nigeria pummelled their Guinea counterparts 11-2 on aggregate. The Ghanaians did the same, winning their Liberian counterparts with a 10-0 aggregate score.
This match is said to be the star match and the most anticipated match of the remaining qualifying series.
Other teams at this stage are Morroco, South Africa, Uganda and Cameroon.
Cameroon will face South Africa while Morroco lock horns with Uganda.
Winners of the ties will represent the African continent at the tournament in India next year.
